ok, so when I was fifteen, I had some earplugs in my ears listening to loud music. I adjusted the ear plug in my right ear and heard a crackling sound, almost metallic sounding. For years up until now my ears have seemed to kinda close up and I think I may have fluid behind my ears. when I was 17. I got a ear infection from water in my ear and the doctor said I would have a small amount of scar tissue. When I was younger I was bad about not cleaning out my ears and when I use q-tips I cough and hack until I take it out my ear. The only reason this is a problem is becuase I play in a band and I have grown weaker to loud noise. sometimes it makes me dazed and woozy after I walk off stage.

Yeah, I definitely felt that way after seeing the first two movies. Then I saw Return of the King, which I think was awesome and really elevated everything that came before it, including the music. I think the scoring in ROTK was spectacular. The lighting of the beacons music and the charge of the Rohan riders onto the field was especially good. With so much music there were bound to be some weak points. I didn't like the "Annie Lenox" motif and I thought the climactic music when the ring is destroyed sounds like a bad ripoff of the Sibelius 2nd. Anyway, I have complaints about lots of the themes in all the movies, but still I can't criticize Shore too harshly given the task he had. It was truly Wagnerian. To say he didn't do it as well as Wagner might have isn't helpful.

Cats love moving water. You should also give them fresh water every morning, that way they will want to drink from it. Most fountains like that have filters, so it keeps the water fresh. The fountain also has a silent faucet to where the water just beautifully flows back into the water. Trust me, they will drink from that if they can drink from the faucets. They will love it :)

A favorite lampshade has been destroyed. It's cylinder at 13" high and 6" diameter. No hardware needed, but want to find the easiest, cheapest way to replace without a big headache. Bleeding during pregnancy 18 weeks?

Just returned from the hospital, from what I thought was going to be the worst. When I went to the restroom I had some blood on the paper (TMI sorry). Of course I freaked out, at 18 weeks I didn't expect to find that. Went to the emergency room and they checked me and the baby's heart and said everything was okay. They said it's probably bleeding from . We had last night and it was a bit rough. Now I'm really scared, even though I heard the baby's heart beat and can feel the baby moving. My last pregnancy ended in a still born, and now I'm a bundle of nerves. I didn't have any cramping until after my exam, is that normal? No cramping at all during the day, felt normal as I usually do, except for finding blood. It's now kind of heaver but I think it's a mixture of the lubricant they used for the exam. Has anyone experienced this? I need to put my mind at ease. How long will the bleeding go on for? If it goes longer than about 2 days should I get concerned again? Hospital never said how long it should last, just told us to put on hold for a week.

Can you make a plant, or cactus in my case, grow from a regular 60 watt lamp or do you need a grow light?

Can't get eczema to go away on sons legs?

My son is 1 years old and has eczema. It's mainly visible on his legs, but he has it on his arms too. I've tried the brand from wal mart that has whinnie the pooh on the front and my doctor keeps telling my to use cetaphil. we have an enclosure that has the front an back made of gl, both sides made of thick wood, and a wood bottom. currently it is small but we are still buying the materials to make it bigger. there is gonna be three sections, the top which is what there is now, then there is a shelf which we are goona put gl on, and then go below that shelf to the bottom. we are going to saw a hole in the current floor to get to the second, and then another hole in the second floor so they can get to the third. we have two of them and we have an outside cage that is huge and only for the summer and warm days. the top of the cage inside is wire. they have a light for the day, but need something for night time that doesn't have light. should we use a heating pad or what? remember the floor is wood so we can't use an undertank heater. right now it is only getting to the 60's at night, but it will get much colder. we live in texas but it gets to the 30's and 40's in the winter. any suggestions please let me know!

Huge Golden Retriever?

I have a two year old golden and he's huge! Not fat, just very tall, fit, toned, and muscular. Yet still the lanky playful boy he will grow old being. What to do about my girlfriends guy friend?

I have been going with my girlfriend for 5 months and it has been going so good that we have had discussions about moving in together. She thinks we should and even though I see a real future for us, I want give it a little more time for the relationship to develop. The problem is she has this guy friend, I have yet to meet, that seems to keep popping into the picture and causing problems. The first time was when I found he wanted her to drive him to get a vasectomy when he already has a girlfriend that I think should do this. If your tree did not have a fresh cut along the bottom, it will remain sealed. Trees need to be re-cut before being placed in water. And even then, you have a 1 hour window do to this before the sap seals the base of the tree. You may need to re-cut the bottom or ensure your tree is situated in the water itself. A wet base will keep the tree alive and safe.

Helping my son get allergy relief until medicine kicks in?

I am 33 yrs old (working toward my second BFA in graphic design) i am proficient with Macintosh computers and CS3. Can not eating enough food cause vomiting and diahrea? the doctor's don't know what could be wrong.?

we've been to several doctors and not one has been able to expalin why my daughter constantly has an upset stomach. for about 1 week every month, she ends up with the 'stomach flu,' but it's not the flu. She doesn't eat very much, so we are curious to see if having lack of food in her diet could be causing her to be sick. She doesn't have any other symptoms - no fever or body achiness or anything like that. they have checked her organs and they are all fine (no swelling or anything). She doesn't have appendisitis or a gall bladder problem, and they have done blood work and everything has come up normal.

When slow-cooking frozen chicken in a crock pot, can I stack them up and cook many at once?

Not a good idea. You want the water up to temp quickly or you are creating a nice warm bath for bacteria to multiply like crazy. Even though the hot water would kill the bacteria eventually, there are some nuero-toxins created as a byproduct of the bacteria multiplying that are not destroyed by heat. I would strongly recommend that you give them about 20-25 minutes in a 350 F oven, then transfer them to the crock and add boiling water. It is more than your crock can safely handle from frozen or raw. But the headstart in the oven and boiling water will get you into the safe zone quickly. Using the oven first gives them more flavor too.

My iPod clic lost sound. Any idea what happened?

It's not brand new, but it's definately not banged up. I bought it from a friend and besides the occasional drop on the floor (nothing super ) it's never been mishandeled. Today when I was listening to it on the bus, the sound started crackling, then completely cut out. When I plugged it into my Bose sound system, it would play for about 2- 3 minutes, then do the same thing. It wouldn't have sound again unless I let it sit for about 5 minutes, then the same thing happened again. I tried scanning it on my computer, and it said that it fixed all problems. Has anyone experienced this before, and either way, do you think that it could be fixed ? Preferably a home remedy (my dad's a computer technician and should know what to do, he just can't figure out the cause) but if I need to I can go to Apple.

i have PCOS. My doctor put me on Birth control to help regulate myself, and i did three packs of portia birth control. I ended up getting pregnant, which was great, but i lost the baby at 9 weeks. This was my first pregnancy so they wont test me until i miscarry again. Is my pcos the reason i miscarried? i dont know, but we are starting to try again now. i was ttc for 3 years and the pills helped me. Now i took yasmin for a month and ttc again. help me plz.

Chest vibration sensation?

From my experience, I believe they refer to surgery within the last 8 years. If they want your surgery record form 9 years ago, they should be able to look it up themselves. While at MEPS, I had to put down any surgery/ major illness I've had, when I had it, and where. It doesn't ask for the doctor. All you'll need is when and where. Why am I feeling so down? What's wrong with me?

I've been having down spouts for a while now, I get really upset, but I don't know why. If I was in your shoes, I would just set my sights on waiting until I was 29 or 30. You will have been married only 3 to 4 years. It is only 4 to 5 years from now. It will give you the chance to be married without children, and have lots of fun and not worry about children. Maybe you should do some babysitting for married friends. It will probably help you wait. Especially if they are toddlers which are so much work and exhausting. Anyway, in the meantime you can work more, save more, work overtime (which is impossible for a working mother), go to college at night etc.. There is nothing wrong with feeling the way you do, but you can set a time and then let the thoughts go and concentrate on some other things you want to accomplish in the next couple of years. You are not waiting for it to be "perfect", you are just waiting for it to be "better". And that is great, because your child will benefit from whatever you do in the meantime.

I got carpet burn 5 days ago on my face, in two areas under my nose and under my eye near my check. It doest hurt that much, it stings sometimes depending on what treatment I put on it, but now its left red/pink marks on my skin, i didnt pick it, i might have rubbed some of the dead skin of in the bath, but not picked at it or anything. I was wondering if these red marks will eventualy scar, or leave a mark on my skin? Why do i have such a weak immune system?

So about 2 years ago I got my tonsils removed because they were constantly swollen so i always had a sore throat. After getting my tonsils removed, i have been getting ear infections quite frequently! I used to get them when i was younger but they went away, when i started having the tonsil problems. I'm 20 and I feel like i'm too old to get so many ear infections. The doctor said i have scar tissue in my ear, is that really serious? Also, about a year ago i had a cold which turned into pneumonia. I had rested and drank alot of fluids prior to getting it but it still got worse. It seems like whenever i have a cold now it hangs around forever and turns serious. I started getting a cold two weeks ago and for the last week or so i have had a cough that produces green phlegm. I have a quadruplex(4-family) house right next door who sublets their basement, which ultimately makes it a 6 family house. Due to this reason my neighborhood has very limited parking. The curb in front of my house has enough space for 2 vehicles however, there is always an unknown car that parks right slab in the middle, preventing anyone else from parking there and would sit there for an entire week before moving again.
