Are we all heading toward ..........?

I just read about Lindsey Lohan dating a female after a string of bad relationships with guys. Are we all headed toward same relationships. I have ABSOLUTELY no feelings toward my gender. However, it seems like relationships are too damn complicating. I personally like to keep things simple. What do you all think?
