Help baby bird problems?

we found a baby bird and took it home no options to vets or wild life rescue and we have it in a box with towels and kleenex abd we were feeding him dog food soaked in water and then we bought some formula and we have been feeding it to him every 45 minutes and now hes acting all drousy don't know whats wrong help!
