Where can I find a lamp shade material for a luminator that is easy, self-adhesive and without hardware?

A favorite lampshade has been destroyed. It's cylinder at 13" high and 6" diameter. No hardware needed, but want to find the easiest, cheapest way to replace without a big headache. Self adhesive material would be the best. I have yet to find the right fabric. Can anyone help me find the right material? I can't tell if its styrene or not. And I would prefer not to buy online because I have purchased already online and the material was not what I expected.
