Why doesn't Yahoo Spades open?

I get to the point where u pick what room u want to enter example beg 2 when i click on beg2 it wont open and says applet failed. but i can get into Canadian beg 2 but there is no one there but me and bots . I reinstalled Java, but still nothing. What can it be or what can I do to make it work again?
