Doesn't the USDA have the jurisdiction to shut down or heavily penalize meat-producing...?

The average person's immune system is getting weaker due to poor diet and lifestyle while microbes grow more vicious all the time. I don't think it matters what the USDA does. E.coli isn't even the worst not even close, it is only a common one. There is a microbe that can produce a couple spores that can kill you very fast. Then it eats what it wants and waits for the next living thing to come in contact with the dead body and switches hosts. Its also can survive in boiling water. But luckily our stomach acid can kill it. But if it ever withstands our acids many people would die.
