Can Muslims eat a food that contains pork enzyme?

There is alot of frito-lay products that have the ingredient pork enzyme which is usually located in parentheses by the cheddar cheese ingredient. I want to know if I can eat these products since I am Muslim and i am not allowed to eat pork. Thank you in Advance!!!
