I need to get to 60 Berry Drive Pacheco CA 94553 from oaklnd ca..i know i have to get off at the concord bart?

I know i need to get off at the concord bart staion..could anybody tell me what bus i would need to take to get to 60 Berry Drive Pacheco CA 94553..or how to obtain this info i tried goolge but it doesnt tell me what to do after i get off the bart..Thank U!
