HELP FEEDING/SLEEPLESS NITES BABY 1YRS OLD?

Surely if your giving him plenty of food and water he shouldn't need the food that much, prehaps it is a comfort thing for him, have you tried substituting your for something maybe a dummy if your not comfortable with this prehaps a blankie or fave toy and if he truely is hungry he will eventually take a bottle. Maybe try giving him extra fluids from a cup to fill him up. Only some suggestions good luck.
