Need help remembering 90s Alternative rock band?

video had skinny little white man playing chest with big black man them where dressed up in weird costumes and black man acted like a king.video looked like it was lined with glider(corners sparked).band name sounded like System of a down but singer not same.Guy kind of looked like Kid Rock in head/face hair.Show it played also played Primus song "Betty's Big Brown Beaver" and other Indy/collage music band videos.Wish I could remember lyrics been so long seen heard song can't remember
