Call Of Duty 5 WaW Wii Sniper Questions?

Hey... I am prestige level 6 and 65 and I've always wondered if there was a way that I could make my Mosin Nagant a one hit killer. I'm actually teeter tottering if whether or not the Perk Deep Impact and Stopping Power makes it a one hit killer. I would rather not resort to the PTRS-41 because of its blatant inaccuracy at long and short range. Also some tips on the best and easiest place to shoot on the body would be nice... I'm a very good sniper in the game and I can get streaks of 25 with all the ammo I collect off the battlefield. All I'm looking for is some feedback from my fellow COD snipers... Thank you...
