Hiya, I am a 15 year old girlie. I really like MMA and want to do it as a stress reliever. I already play drums and dance to try adn relieve stress, but need something bigger. I thought this would be nice because I relieve stress, and learn to defend myself. I have no background in fighting. I don't count fights with people for stupid reasons ^_^. Is it too late for me to start? Some personal experiences would be nice to hear ^_^
