How do we keep our hands off each other?

My friend w/benefits & I are going to be seeing each other tomorrow. We were going to just hangout together....but now we've already been hinting at the ual stuff. Has anyone else had this problem and what do you do? lol I know it may sound silly...but really, it's hard. We both have feelings for each other & we don't get to see each other that often so it's kind of hard not to when we're together. We live about 45 minutes away from each other, we both work full time & we're both single parents. I know alot of people are against fwb but I'm looking for non judgmental answers only please. This is the relationship that is suitable for us right now.
