Help I'm a 23 year old loser with problems.?

To get started I'm a mouse man. I have really poorly developed thin brittle bones. Nobody will show me any respect if I try to talk to someone they stare and laugh. Next I'm crippled I have an abnormal curvature in my spine. Whenever I get nervous about how others see me my back tenses up and it puts me on my knees. Everytime I get a job I get fired because It's almost impossible to work with this problem. I have been to three chiropractors and now I am out of money and still messed up. I haven't even started a life yet and my morale is low.
