Strange noises when breathing out?

This is called rhonchi, a low pitched rumbling sound caused by phlegm in the bronchial tubes. (Wheezing is high pitched.) You're getting better. Make sure to drink lots of fluids to thin the congestion in your chest so that it's easier to expel by coughing, spitting or blowing your nose.
