Do I have objective tinnitus?

ok, so when I was fifteen, I had some earplugs in my ears listening to loud music. I adjusted the ear plug in my right ear and heard a crackling sound, almost metallic sounding. For years up until now my ears have seemed to kinda close up and I think I may have fluid behind my ears. when I was 17. I got a ear infection from water in my ear and the doctor said I would have a small amount of scar tissue. When I was younger I was bad about not cleaning out my ears and when I use q-tips I cough and hack until I take it out my ear. The only reason this is a problem is becuase I play in a band and I have grown weaker to loud noise. sometimes it makes me dazed and woozy after I walk off stage.
