Cabs come out from Crystal Lake to Chicago Midway Airport?

I would strongly advise you not to use a cab for such a trip as the cost would be well over $100! A better option is to take the CTA Orange line subway directly from Midway Airport to Downtown Chicago then a Metra Commuter train to Crystal Lake. The service avoids all traffic, costs less than $10 for the entire trip and is safe & reliable!
